How EmsanaCare works
Eligible Boeing members receive an EmsanaCare Benefits Prepaid Mastercard®† with a $25 benefit just for registering.
To streamline a first service request, employees, early retirees, and their dependent children age 18+ who are enrolled in a Boeing-sponsored health care plan option and reside in Arizona are encouraged to register for EmsanaCare. (Registered adults can use EmsanaCare for service requests for eligible dependents under age 18.) There is no obligation to use the service by registering. As a thank you for registering, you will receive an EmsanaCare card with a $25 benefit.

After registering you will receive your EmsanaCare card. Once you activate the card, the $25 will be available to use. You can use your EmsanaCare card like any prepaid card.*
The card also includes contact information for EmsanaCare to ensure you have quick access to our phone/text number when you need support finding and scheduling appointments with top doctors.

You’ll have the opportunity to receive additional benefits during the year. For example, if you complete a brief survey after using our service, another $25 benefit will be added to your card (up to a maximum of $75 per card/per calendar year).

Yes, registered employees or their spouses/domestic partners can work with EmsanaCare to find doctors and schedule appointments for eligible dependents under age 18. Eligible dependents age 18+ can register themselves for EmsanaCare and request support finding a doctor.
You can earn up to a total of $75 per card/per calendar year. For example, you can earn an additional $25 by completing a brief confidential and voluntary survey after using EmsanaCare’s service. The service can be for yourself or underage dependents.

We share de-identified patient feedback with doctors' offices, whenever possible, to help them improve their care and services. Your feedback creates an anonymous “Yelp-like” rating that helps others benefit from your experience.
EmsanaCare identifies top-rated doctors through analysis of care delivered to millions of patients in the U.S., including evaluation of physician training, experience, and expertise. Then we reach out to local doctors’ offices to understand their philosophy, services, and availability. Finally, we supplement this knowledge with what patients tell us about their experience with those doctors—a vitally important element of the overall rating. This helps ensure members who use our service are directed to top-rated doctors and specialists who consistently deliver a good patient experience.
EmsanaCare partners with One Medical to support specialist referrals for existing patients. If you visit a One Medical provider and need a specialist referral, your doctor will work with EmsanaCare to ensure you get connected with a top-rated specialist that fits your needs.
